DYNASYLAN MTMO

DYNASILAN MTMO is a versatile organosilane coupling agent that can be used in a variety of applications. It possesses both a reactive organic mercapto group and a hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl group. This dual reactivity allows DYNASYLAN MTMO to chemically bond to both inorganic materials like glass, metals, and fillers as well as organic polymers like thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers. It functions as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and surface modifier. DYNASYLAN MTMO improves mechanical properties, moisture and corrosion resistance of materials. It also enhances processing characteristics like cure time, adhesion, filler dispersion and viscosity. DYNASYLAN MTMO is soluble in common solvents and offers technical and performance benefits when used in formulations for applications involving glass composites, sealants, adhesives and polymer composites.
