ZEOFREE® PLUS 5782 is a high-purity, precipitated calcium silicate. It is specifically optimized for its ultra-high absorption capacity and superior mechanical stability during processing. It appears as an odourless and tasteless, pure white, fine, free-flowing, amorphous powder. It features a unique, highly porous internal architecture that acts like a "micro-sponge," capable of absorbing up to three times its own weight in liquids while remaining a dry, flowable powder. Its main role is to convert viscous liquids, oils, or oily APIs into a solid powder format without losing the drug's potency or stability. In solid oral tablets it is used to incorporate oily actives (e.g., Vitamin E or Omega-3) into a standard tablet mix. In hard shell capsules it acts as a carrier for liquid herbal extracts or lipid-based drug delivery systems (LBDDS).
