RIKEMAL JV-3081

RIKEMAL JV-3081 is a polyglycerol esters of fatty acids made from edible and refined vegetable fatty acids (palm). RIKEMAL JV-3081 meets the specification for identification and purity on food additives given by FAO/WHO, EU, US FDA and Japan MHLW. It can be used in applications like cake, confectionery, O/W emulsion, bread, oil and fat in the food industry. RIKEMAL JV-3081 provides benefits like texture and stability in food products without altering the taste. It has a melting point of approx. 55 ~60 °C and shelf life of 18 months from manufacturing date if stored properly.
