ZEOFREE® PLUS 5781 is a specialized precipitated silica which highly porous "sponge-like" structure that provides the highest level of carrying capacity in the ZEOFREE® portfolio. It appears as an odourless and tasteless, white, amorphous, free-flowing powder. Characterized as a medium particle size carrier designed for optimal handling and processing. It allows liquid active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) or oily nutrients to be converted into stable, free-flowing powders for easier dosing and tableting. ZEOFREE® PLUS 5781 is used to enhance the stability and manufacturability of various solid and semi-solid formats. In oral tablets it acts as a glidant to ensure uniform tablet weight and as a carrier for oils like Vitamin E. In hard capsules it is used as a carrier for liquid-filled powder formulations to ensure accurate and clean filling. In ODTs it serves as a multifunctional auxiliary to improve disintegration and flow.
