AEROSIL 300 PH COLL.SIL.DIOX.
AEROSIL 300 PH COLL.SIL.DIOX. is a high purity amorphous anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide used in the pharmaceutical industry. AEROSIL 300 PH COLL.SIL.DIOX. is tested according to USP/NF, Ph. Eur. Monograph 0434 and JP. It has properties like specific surface area of 270-330 m2/g and pH value of 3.5-5.5. AEROSIL 300 PH COLL.SIL.DIOX. is used as a viscosity increasing agent to thicken and thixotropize liquids. It improves storage and temperature stability of semi-solid and liquid dosage forms. AEROSIL 300 PH COLL.SIL.DIOX. also improves distribution of active pharmaceutical ingredients and acts as a free flow and anti-caking agent to improve powder properties.
