PEARL PIG KC217 COPPER PEARL is an off white powder with a bright copper reflection color. It contains mica, titanium oxide and tin oxide which provides an interference series effect. Over 80% of its particles are within the ideal 10-60 micron size range for uniform dispersion and appearance in coatings. Its pH of 7.0-11.0 and low loss on drying makes it well suited for pigmenting various coating systems without negatively impacting other properties. The high oil absorption of 70-90g/100g and density of 2.8-3.4g/cm3 allows it to provide opacity and hide with minimal amounts.
