Emulsifier Polyoxyethylene (hydrogenated) Castor Oil/Solubilizer Hydrophilic, nonionic surfactant with a very large molecular weight manufactured by addition polymerization of ethylene oxide to hydrogenated castor oil. It is extremely safe and little skin irritation. It is used as a solubilizer and thickener for water systems. HLB (measured by O/W emulsification test) is 16,5.
